I used the spot healing tool to cover the candle on the baby's leg and to cover the spots on Tori, and fix the spot on the table. I used the clone tool to fix the smudges in the cake and the black spots. i also used the cloning tool to get rid of the balloons and the head behind tori. I used the crop tool to cut out the leg in the background.
